Welcome to EduReach LLC (“EduReach,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, services, or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
EduReach provides a technology platform and support services connecting education consultants, universities & colleges, and accrediting bodies. EduReach does not directly engage with students. Student relationships are owned and managed by consultant partners.
Consultants: Maintain ownership and communication with students, provide accurate guidance, and comply with applicable laws and ethical standards.
Universities & Colleges: Ensure accuracy of program information and process applications fairly and transparently.
Accreditors: Provide legitimate and recognized accreditation services and maintain applicable compliance standards.
EduReach operates under a strict non-circumvention policy. We do not bypass consultants, directly contact students, or interfere in partner-established relationships.
Fees, commissions, or revenue-sharing structures are defined in separate agreements. EduReach is not responsible for disputes between partners unless explicitly stated in writing.
All content, systems, branding, and technology associated with EduReach are the property of EduReach LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
EduReach provides services “as is” and is not liable for partner disputes, admission decisions by institutions, accreditation outcomes, or indirect or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate platform access if terms are violated, fraudulent or unethical activity is detected, or misuse of the platform occurs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable state of the United States, unless otherwise specified in formal agreements.
EduReach may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
